Strengthening Access, Choice and Support
Making health insurance simpler, more accessible, and more responsive, in 2025 we:
Expanded options for Rehabilitation-in-the-Home (RITH) and Hospital-in-the-Home (HITH) care
Renewed our key hospital contract with Maitland Private Hospital
Introduced new health screening benefits, covering non-diagnostic screenings not eligible for Medicare rebates
Introduced AI-assisted chat and voice support, helping members access information 24/7
Launched a refreshed website and join journey, making it easier to understand and choose the right cover
Introduced Calendly, so members can easily book a personalised cover review with our team
Investing in Local Partnerships
and Better Care
We strengthened our local footprint and partnerships by:

Establishing new corporate cover arrangements with four local employers.

Continuing our agreement with Kieser, supporting hip, knee and spine Chronic Disease Management Programs and the launch of the new Kieser Clinic in Newcastle featuring 31 machines, 6 consultation rooms, and surgeons embedded within the clinic and adjoining private hospital.
Backing Our People and Our Community
Behind every great member experience is a committed team. In 2025, we:
Expanded our in-house capability through targeted staff development
Staff completed Auslan training, reinforcing our commitment to accessible communication
Upgraded IT systems to strengthen service and reliability
Achieved the third-highest customer service ranking in the 2025 Ipsos survey of member-owned health funds
We also continued our strong community support, including:

Ongoing support for Little Wings flight missions, community nursing, and annual Christmas Toy Drive.
Building a Stronger, Safer Fund
We successfully completed implementation of Prudential Standard CPS 230, strengthening our operational risk and resilience
