Support Programs

Hunter Health Insurance is proud to partner with Valion Health and their Cancer Support Program.

Tailored to personal needs, the program is designed to support the physical and mental health of members who are having or have recently completed cancer treatment, and those living with advanced cancer.

The Valion team work to create a care plan which may include support from a cancer nurse, dietitian, exercise physiologist, psychologist and yoga therapist over a 12 week period.

The cost of the Valion Cancer Support Program is fully covered for members who hold both a Hospital policy and an open Extras product – learn more about the program here.
