Mobile App Terms and Conditions
These terms of use (Terms of Use) govern your access to and use of the Hunter Health Insurance App (App).
The HHI App is operated by Cessnock District Health Benefits Fund trading as Hunter Health Insurance (ABN 14 728 326 233) (we, us).
By using the HHI App, you agree to comply with our Privacy Policy and the following Terms of Use, which govern your access to and use of the HHI App.
1. About the HHI App
1.1 The HHI App is designed for Hunter Health Insurance members to access information about your health insurance policies and manage claims.
1.2 Information provided in the HHI App is for general purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for specific advice.
1.3 The HHI App may be updated periodically, but we do not guarantee that the information will always be up-to-date, accurate, or complete.
2. Your Account and Security
2.1 To use the HHI App, you will need to create an account with a username and password (Login Credentials).
2.2 You are responsible for keeping your Login Credentials secure. Do not share them with anyone.
2.3 If you suspect your credentials have been compromised, contact Hunter Health Insurance immediately.
2.4 You are responsible for any use of the HHI App via your Login Credentials, even if you did not personally access it.
2.5 If you forget your password, you can reset it via the HHI App or contact us for assistance.
3. Your Information
3.1 By using the HHI App, you provide certain personal information to us (e.g., name, contact details, policy information).
3.2 You are responsible for ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. If anything is incorrect, you can update it through the HHI App or contact us for help.

10.1 If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still apply.
