Out & About: Women’s Health & Wellbeing Expo

The inaugural Women’s Health & Wellbeing Expo is being held at the Cessnock Leagues Club on Sunday 28th July from 10am – 12pm.   Run by the Cessnock Women Connect networking group, the expo encourages women to prioritise their health and wellbeing in a supportive and inclusive environment.   Understanding your health and different ways that you can promote your wellbeing is an important part of being well, getting well and staying well throughout your lifetime.   In line with our commitment to partnering with our community to optimise health outcomes, Hunter Health Insurance is thrilled to be part of this event and will be available to talk to you about the role health insurance can play in supporting you to live healthy at every life-stage
